Google Calendars

Overview:

We use four Google Calendars to books and schedule the testing rooms in Cole.

Those three calendars are:

• CERN-B (eye tracker)
• CERN-C (EEG booth)
• CERN-E (behavior)
• CERN 0221 (behavior)

(For testing in the large multi-station room 0228, please coordinate with relevant grad students.)

for access to the calendars relevant to you, ask senor lab folks to share them with your gmail account. Once you have access, you can reserve the desired room by simply adding an event with your name as the subject from the time you need in the desired room’s calendar.
