Ren Salig completed her Ph.D. in Neuroscience and Cognitive Science in May, 2024 (dissertation title: How bilinguals’ comprehension of code-switches influences attention and memory), did postdoctoral work at the University of Michigan, and is now an assistant professor at The College of New Jersey. She is originally from Downingtown, Pennsylvania, received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Spanish from Elon University in 2017, spent a year after graduation in Neuquén, Argentina teaching English on a Fulbright grant.
