Kelly Marshall completed her Ph.D. in Neuroscience and Cognitive Science in April, 2026 (dissertation title: Real-time discourse comprehension abilities in healthy adults and adults with Traumatic Brain Injury). She earned her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at George Washington University and her B.A. in Cognitive Science and Psychology at Johns Hopkins University. Her research interests include understanding the role of executive functions in dealing with linguistic uncertainty or ambiguity during language processing and how this may differ between healthy individuals those with language disorders.
She is currently a Cognitive and Neural Engineering Researcher at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory.
